The Kern River Valley Community Integration Program is a satellite location of The Bakersfield ARC (BARC) that has been operating in Lake Isabella since 1990.  We are an adult Community Integration Program serving Individuals with Developmental Disabilities in the Kern River Valley area. Program services may include but are not limited to Daily Living Skills, Home Living Skills, Social Communication Skills, Community Awareness, Practical and Survival Skills and Leisure Skills (bowling, library, shopping, dining out, movies, parks, museums, etc.). Other activities include Classroom Instruction, Fitness Training and Volunteer Service in the community.

Our goal is to aid and promote self-advocacy and independence for each person we serve.
