What is The Magical Forest? The Magical Forest is a holiday themed park that operates for about 22 nights from early December thru December 28th. Started in 2006 as a fundraiser for BARC and other local non-profits and a way to give back to the community who has given us so much support, the event is becoming more well known and anticipated as a special holiday happening!
Where does the money you raise go to? We are pleased to say that the money raised from The Magical Forest goes directly to BARC and other local non-profit agencies. The funds donated to BARC provide developmentally disabled men and women employment training, job placement, advocacy and social recreation. We invite everyone who visits The Magical Forest to call our main office at (661) 834-2272 during regular business hours and schedule a tour of the BARC campus so you can learn firsthand how your support of The Magical Forest helps the citizens we serve.
